Class Terms and Conditions

Following are the policies that govern the administration of any and all courses offered by the Emergency Service Estimating and Consulting, LLC.

• Tuition - Tuition is due in full prior to the beginning of any class. Tuition includes fees for the course and included materials. Tuition is non-refundable. Tuition is subject to change without notification.

• Refund Policy – Tuition is refundable within five (5) days of registration.

• Cancellation – We do not accept cancellations but we do allow students or companies to replace one student with another student in the same scheduled class/classes as long as this has been pre-arranged a minimum of 72 hours (3 days) prior to the beginning of class and is requested in writing.

• No Show - Students who do not show up for class or are late for classes will forfeit tuition.

• Books and Materials – Certain materials will be provided for you in class.  You must download Xactimate Training from Xactware.com. All instructions will be provided upon class registration. Being prepared for class is vitally important.
